Drum Coffee Table

This was a real recent favourite of ours. Simple in form but made in the most beautiful solid pippy UK grown Oak, this is a real eye catcher.

We wanted to place this lovely timber front and centre, showing off the best of British grown timber and celebrating the pips, knots and burrs that are so often (and in our opinion wrongly) hidden or discarded.

The simple form belies a delightfully complex 20 sided coopered base, with a handy drawer, neatly grain-matched. No small amount of head scratching and technical problem solving, but delightful in its outcome.
